GOOD MORNING MICHIGAN SPARKPEOPLE !! Started my exercising at 3:30 am and started walking at 5:19 am. and finished at 6:17 am So that is 2 3/4 hrs. I saw a comment of a SparkPerson which kind've upset me. The comment to this sparkperson was " lovley" What is that We need "MOTIVATION" HERE. We are here to help one another and not give bad ideas of what we are about. PLEASE LET'S DO WHAT WE ARE HERE TO DO AND GIVE EACH OTHER ENCOURAGEMENT. I am Grandma Franny and live in Rochester Hills, MI.and 72 1/2 yrs. old Started on my diet & exercise program on April 3rd of 2012. My weight was 162 and my trygleceride level was 229. Asked my Dr. to help me a special diet for I was so bloated up. One thing no more pop even diet drink that water and no bread, cakes pies, pizza. Well as of today NOW I am at 104.4 pounds.
