hi laurie! i do a lot of walking and hiking year round in some pretty nasty cold weather and still come back drenched in sweat! yuck i know but it's such a great feeling and refreshing. i know it's not for everyone but i love it. i also do yoga and cardio inside. i have a wiifit which is great....hmmm i don't do the fitness cds but i know some people love them. hope it helps! good job taking control of your health! wishing you a healthy day! xx
