You have to figure out how to get strength to not binge. See a therapist? Make it a goal to not eat past 6:00 at night? Instead of eating...grab a glass of water? I feel for you and I sincerely hope you find something that works for you. Stay strong and focused.

I am a 38 year old type 2 diabetic. My doctor thinks weight loss surgery is something I should highly consider. I want to lose weight with diet and exercise. I am looking for support and people who know what I am going through. My main issue is I binge eat..........I need to stop. I want to feel good, have more energy, and my diabetes to go away.
