I am super motivated not just to lose weight, but to get healthy and STAY healthy. Gone are the excuses from 2012, I am worth the time and effort to get in shape! My plan includes 2-3 days at the gym and 2-3 days with DVDs or yoga.
I sit in a cubicle 4 days a week for 10 hours day and now vow to take the stairs and walk on my breaks!!
