Hi everyone, I have just signed up here a few days ago and am still learning to navigate the site. I don't have as much to loose as some, but I still struggle with the 'Oh So Easy' temptations. I have developed Hypertension and don't want to end up like my dad who has had several stints put in. I have been going to the gym on a guest pass with a friend, but there are many times she does not want to go. I am hoping to gain motivation here so I can keep on track with the limited equipment I have. (my favorite is the trampoline). I think my biggest obsticle is going to be my DL. He is 6'1" and can eat anything and not gain an ounce.
Here's to losing the 40 lbs initially and then seeing where I can go from there.
