Hi I am new to this team and a returning member to spark people. I just rejoined today as I need to be held accountable or I wont stick to exercising or eating right. My goals are to reach my goals this time.

No big deal, it happens all the time! If you are an organizational stickler, or like to keep track of how your calories are distributed throughout the day, so you "need" the meals to be correctly assigned, when that happens, you don't have to delete everything you just did and re-search for everything, you can just click on the item in your tracker and change the meal from there. (You may already know this, but I was on Spark for a few years before I figured this one out, so I figured it was worth sharing.)

well, first day tracking food...messed it up! It would look like I ate salami, hearts of romain, clementines baked potato, and a kind bar all for breakfast!! oopsie! I did get a nice outdoor walk in with my bestie today (first time since the week before Thanksgiving!)

Good Morning! Just want to introduce myself! Stay at home mom of 3, last one started kindergarten so I have no more excuses as far as time!! Going to take little bites out of my total loss goal of 40 pounds! 50 would be even better!!! but..here....it....GOES!!!!
