Just finished reading the Spark 28 day book and I have the SparkPeople 28 day Boot camp Dvd. I feel so inspired to get working on my list of small goals. I'm sure I'm not using the right terms but I am excited to start a healthy lifestyle! I need all the support I can get, I am a yo yo dieter and have been anorexic and bulimic in the past and still battle with those problems. This book has made the most sense to me and I want to stick with it!
