I know how it feels to have "tried everything" (as do a whole lot of other people here), but believe me, you've come to a great place for finding the support and tools you need to achieve your goals! The nutrition tracker has been especially helpful to me, both for pre-planning my meals and making adjustments to keep my calories in range, as well as for logging not-so-well-planned food and seeing where I'm messing up. Take one day at a time, make small changes so as not to become overwhelmed and frustrated, and don't expect to be perfect -- just get back on track with the next meal or the next day when you backslide a bit.
