Hello out there my name is Kerry, I am 65 and a retired nurse, I live in a small costal town on Lake Huron in MI. When I moved here 5 years ago I weighed 195# (and I am only 5'2") I got involved with a weight loss class and lost a number of pounds, I then gained back almost all of it. Last March I did begin Weight Watchers and got down to 160#, I quit WW a short time ago and am again sabatoging my diet, I now weigh 165#. I do walk regularly and am beginning curves next week for strengthning, pants are feeling somewhat tight again and I DO NOT want to go back to where I was, I really worked hard to loose it and am mad at myself for being so weak!!! Anyway that is who I am and now I would love to hear from some of you:)
