Welcome! I've been here less than a month myself, but can tell you that this is a great place to find support, motivation, and the tools to achieve your goal. I've found the nutrition tracker to be my best resource, showing me exactly what I'm doing wrong - and right. I'm a little fanatic about tracking, I'm afraid... but find it very useful to use to plan my meals in advance so I can make adjustments where needed. Hi....just joined today, so, I'm trying to figure this all out. One thing is for sure...I am DETERMINED this time! Is there anyone who wants to be a "weight loss" buddy? I just need to be accountable to someone, or, maybe that's what we do with these forums...we are accountable to everyone? Two things I always tell my kids....never, Never, NEVER give up and If you think you can, you're right...if you think you can't, you're right.......So, now I have to start practicing what I preach. I think I can (I know I can) and I will NOT give up. I feel like I'm eating pretty healthy and keep thinking I can lose weight on my own, but, it's not happening, so, I think I'm going to use the tracker first thing to be accountable to myself.
Any get started tips are greatly appreciated.
