Everyone is different, but the one thing that is helping me the most is the nutrition tracker, where I religiously enter everything and try to get it to not only meet my calorie count, but to balance out with regard to carbs, protein and fat. Usually I plan what I'm going to eat for the day and enter it in before I even eat it, and then if I'm off track I can make some adjustments. Beyond that, though, the support in the community forums is really amazing, and there is a wealth of information to be had in the articles (if you haven't done so yet, be sure to check under the "healthy lifestyle" tab above). Setting goals and making yourself accountable to stick to them can become kind of a game -- just be sure to take it slowly and not try to make it TOO hard, or expect changes too fast, or you're likely to become frustrated and give up.
