Thank you so much Sandycrane... I'm really going to put an effort into this... its time I get healthy. I would like everyone to know that I have to read directions on how to use this site... I've printed out instructions and hope to be better able to manage my page once I know more how to use it. Have A Great Weekend :)

Welcome to the team. I have been back with Spark People for about a month now and it has really helped me out. I feel like I am in more control of what I do that in previous attempts to lose weight and get in shape.

I've been trying to lose 20-25 lbs for three years... My mental well-being ties in with my physical well being and so it's important for me to find a balance. This week I started walking at the track 3-4 times a week after work for at least 45 minutes. I'm hoping to be able to get support through Spark People. My plan is to log in regularly and use some of the tools provided here and stay in touch so I can stick with my goals. Support messages, tips and suggestions are welcomed. :) Have a nice day everyone. :)
