Hi everyone-
This is my first full day at SparkPeople and it's not going too bad. I have quite a journey ahead of me as I have over 50 lbs to lose to be at my goal weight. I need to stay motivated and will definitely need help with that. I am a huge proscrastinator. "I'll start exercising tomorrow" is a favorite of mine, but unfortunately, that tomorrow never comes.
I heard about SparkPeople from a friend at work and thought, "what the heck," I've tried every other diet, might as well give this a go." This will be more convenient for me than driving 20 miles to weigh in at a meeting. Good luck to everyone
