Hello! I am new to SP. I need motivation to get and keep going on my weight loss journey. I had started working out 3 times per week in january of this year, lost weight and started feeling toned. Then got involved with life, daughter graduating from HS, Grad party, family issues, moving my daughter to school, etc. Needless to say, emotional eating took it's toll, and I have gained back everything I lost and then some. I had planned on getting back to the gym at the high school, now that school is back in session, but I did something to my back and am now laid up with lower back pain. roadblock!! It seems there is always something that gets in my way!
