j Plateaus are common and they can be long--always too long! Stay on your food and exercise plans and the scales will move.

I find myself getting frustrated! I started out fresh 2 months ago and was excited when I dropped 28 lbs! But now, my weight loss has come to a screeching halt! I am experiencing more stress, and I guess this could be contributing. But I refuse to give up! Visiting Sparkpeople each day is definitely encouraging me to stay strong. I just have to keep telling myself, "I am worth it!"
