Sounds Great!!! I too have decided to re-start my weight loss goals! so far lost 5lbs in one week :) so am pretty excited :) have been trying to do meal plans (daily a week planned ahead) and sticking too it for the most part. Consistancy is not my strongest suit but am trying to stick with it all :)

Instead of a New Year resolution, I woke up this morning and decided that today would be the first day towards a lifetime of changes. No more excuses and no more pre-planning, just going to do it!!! Along with discovering P90x (today will be day 1 of 90 days) I also discovered Sparkpeople. These two together, is what I am committing to in order to reach my goals:)
