Hello everyone!! I have been a member of SP since 2008. I have lost almost 80 pounds in total...but for the last year I have been very laxed on my exercise and diet and gained almost 20 of it back. I decided that this behavior has gone on long enough! Monday I started back at the gym, this time, every day! (I may take 1 day a week off). And my diet is back to healthy healthy healthy!! I would like to lose that 20 again within the next 6 weeks! 42 days until the BIG DAY for me and I want to look fantastic in that dress!!
