I just joined sparkpeople to help me track my workouts and nutrition. I was curious as to how much food I was consuming vs the energy I was expending. However, I am coming to the realization that sparkpeople offers so much more!!! I am hoping to learn more than I anticipated initially and surprise myself with what I thought I knew about a healthy lifestyle and what I don't know:)
