Welcome to the Michigan team. It's good to see your here. Just take the time to go thru the site and learn about all the tools that are available. I keep hearing that it is important to track your food. I'm working on getting better at that part of it. I also think setting your goals and keeping them somewhere you can see them everyday is important. You can do this!
