That really is sooo true! I have noticed a big improvement in my outlook and just my overall day when I get my workout out of the way first thing. It even pushes me to do a little extra at the end of the day if I have the time.
I know it can be hard to get into a good routine, but your body will end up thanking you for it later. I know I am soo not a morning person, but once I drag myself up and get my exercises in, I start to feel better, plus I don't have to worry about them later on in case something comes up or I run out of energy.

My name is Melissa and I have been battling losing the weight from my pregnancy. My son will be 8 months next week and I still can't shake my last 25 lbs. I feel guilty when I go to the gym because I work all day and by the time I get home from the gym I only have time to put him to bed.
This past week I have been getting up at 5 am and walking 3 miles every other day before getting ready for work. Then on my lunch I try to walk another 2.5 miles. I know it is going to take time and more than walking to lose the weight. I just want to stop crying every time I look in the mirror. I would love to learn to love myself regardless.
Anyone out there with the similar feelings and/or advice?
