My name is Melissa and I have been battling losing the weight from my pregnancy. My son will be 8 months next week and I still can't shake my last 25 lbs. I feel guilty when I go to the gym because I work all day and by the time I get home from the gym I only have time to put him to bed.
This past week I have been getting up at 5 am and walking 3 miles every other day before getting ready for work. Then on my lunch I try to walk another 2.5 miles. I know it is going to take time and more than walking to lose the weight. I just want to stop crying every time I look in the mirror. I would love to learn to love myself regardless.
Anyone out there with the similar feelings and/or advice?
