Hello from Mio. Walking is a great way to get some exercise in.. I love to walk, I have a nice trail through the woods that I like to use.

HI, I'm hoping to encourage and be encouraged here. I already eat pretty healthy but I don't excerise like I really need to. I'm hoping to turn somethings I love to do into excerise routines. Walking, and dancing are the biggest ones. :) New adventure here I come. :)
