Yes. I just started to use it and i am finding out that it is harder to stay in the calorie budget then i first thought.. I have to find a way to stop snacking at night. If you have any thoughts I would love to hear them..I don't drink soda pop. I try and drink alot of water during the day to fill the voids between meals. Any ideas? Suzzie

You probably aren't eating enough during the day. Do you use the Food Tracker? When you wake up hungry it's probably best to have protein that will make you feel full. Whatever you choose, be sure to add it to your tracker!
