Yes U have done that so far. It's plenty of work to get there and I'm still working on my goals, but it is so totally worth the effort. You don't always see the big numbers on the scale right away or all the time, but the truth is also in how you will be feeling day to day and your overall health. Sometimes you will also see the numbers change in things like your blood sugar or cholesterol that will help you even if you don't lose the numbers on the scale at the same time.
