Hi there. Just saw your post. I'm in Rockford and would love someone to work out with occasionally. I have a hectic work schedule, but do try to fit in some exercise. Let me know if you are still looking :)

p.s. I'm 45, live near the H.S. and have lots of weight to lose. I run (not fast, but love to run...usually on the White Pine Trail), I also love hiking area parks and simply walking my dog.
