I can relate. Each time I "start" I say this time I mean it and it last about a week and then I fall right back into my old habits.

I want to keep this going, I know it needs to be a lifestyle change, not just something I am doing for a short time.

I want to once and for all to be fit and healthy.

I really want to find something I can stick with and see results. I am so tired of the same old excuses and I'm tired of hating myself. I really want to be happy again.

I'm looking for friends who can understand where I'm coming from, and people who have had success that I can learn from. I hope to be able to help others too.
