Learning to eat healthy (not diet) and exercise at a young age benefits children throughout their lives. Starting a healthy lifestyle can seem overwhelming. Donít make changes all at once and donít feel frustrated if you arenít perfect. Do your best and after a while healthy habits will seem normal to you.

Hello, Nice to meet you all.My name is Crystal and I'm 29 for the next 14 days and counting. I have two kids. My daughter is 10 and has adhd and odd. My son is 9 and he has adhd and Aspergers. I have been married for 4 yrs now to Chris. I was told by my mom about this sight and hope to stay on track with my weight lose. Easyer said then done.
