Hi Team, I have been overweight all of my young adult and adult life. I am unhappy with what I see in the mirror and after reading a story about one of the members this morning on the internet, I decided it is time that I do something. I thought that I could get help with the motivation I need to lose weight. My goal is to lose 130 pounds and keep it off and to make permanent lifestyle changes and start eating healthier in hopes of living longer. I am also going to be a grandma for the first time in August, so want to be around for my grandchild. Carrying this weight around weighs me down and I just need to feel better.
