Hi- Guess I will try this- since I have lost steam :( Two years ago I decided to do something for myself. I lost about 50 lbs. and changed so much of my life. I ran a 5k a year ago ( which at one time seemed like an impossible feat)- since my first 5k- I have done 5 after that. My goal is to run a half marathon. Unfortunatley the past year I gained about 10 lbs. I would like to take that off and then an additional 8 to 10. It isnt alot but... damn... I am having a hard time getting there! I have been getting discouraged- when I get discouraged... I eat. Uggghhh! I am active and I know I have that going for me... but... I obviously am eating way too much! So... any suggestions - I need to make this happen!
