I know when I started I challenged myself to track what I ate for 2 weeks. I tracked everyday without changing anything. This really helped me to see what I was actually putting into my body and by the end of the second week I was already making small changes because I finally knew how much I was eating.
Welcome! Take things one day at time. I suggest beginning with writing it down. Write down what you eat, exercises and how you feel at the end of the day. It gives you a great reference for your journey. Also, getting to know your start page is helpful with learning the site.
