Hi and welcome to the team! I lived in Dearborn and Dearborn Heights for a long time before moving to Indiana. It's not much different here but geographically I'm not close enough to be a workout buddy or anything like that. Can you tell us a little bit more about yourself and your goals? What are the health problems you want to work on? I would start by making some really specific and measurable goals and target dates that you can complete them by. Make some short term and some long term. You can also join some of the challenges here on sparkpeople and track your progress towards those goals. I find that it really helps to be accountable and regularly update your progress. It will help you stay focused and on track. Good luck!

Looking to meet others in my area to discuss progress, tips, ideas, and motivation! Need help getting in gear and tracking progress. Any tips or ideas I am open to discussion. Have had health problems for a while now and need to get it together! Tired of being tired and feeling crappy all the time. Looking forward to meeting others with similar goals and ambitions!
