Hi, gals! I only lost the baby weight after two of my five. That's why I've joined the Sparky thing. Logging in the Nutrition Tracker seems to be helping me this time around. The whole process of losing weight is so much more complicated with children around! Hang in there and don't give up hope. Keep experimenting with food/exercise combos until you hit one that works. Our children will see our attitudes more than our weight.

I am having the same problem! It is so frustrating! I'm trying to eat healthier (no fast food around here helps! Lol) and I try to workout but with baby-I swear he steals my energy. Not sure what the solution is either but I keep plugging away. As long as I don't keep gaining that's a step in the right direction, right?!?
I holpe we can both find some answere!

Anyone having trouble losing that darn baby weight! Im not eating any more than I did before I was prego and im 20 lbs heavier! Its frustrating not losing this weight so thats why I joined spark people. I dont think I eat all that much and I rarely eat fast food or drink pop. I dont eat all that healthy and I need motivation to start working out again.
