How exciting! This is my first time doing a message board, so I'm a little nervous. I found this site by chance while trying to find a way to count calories and I am so happy I did. I have been counting calories, doing the fitness recommendations and I even started blogging (although I really don't know if I am doing it right). My goal is to maintain my weight. I have worked very hard to lose all the weight I gained over the last 14 years of having and raising 4 kids and I am trying so hard to keep it off. I think that my downfall is sugar. Everything I want or reach to munch seems to be filled with sugar, so I have to be very careful...ugh.
