I think the part that made me decide to do this was basically a heart to heart with myself. You need to get yourself in the right frame of mind. Find out the real reason you want to do this. I made many false starts in weight loss until I decided why I really wanted it. Now it is more like an obsession for me not like something I have to do. I'm not on a diet anymore. That was really hard for me to get. I was always on a diet and diets have a beginning and end. This is a lifestyle and a journey.

Looking for help losing some weight, I have been a member for two years, just not done anything about it yet!! Need to know if someone out there is in the same boat as I am? I know I NEED to do this, just not sure how to get started! I do have two others in the house that could benefit from eating healthy and losing some weight as well. How do ya'll get this party started?
