My name is Ashley, and I'm a 20 year old college student from Michigan.
About 2 years ago, I injured my knee. Since then, I stopped working out, which resulted in me gaining weight. When I injured my knee I weighed 137 lbs, and now I weigh 160 lbs. I really want to get back into the 135-140 lb range.
I haven't had a lot of motivation to lose weight until recently- I went swimsuit shopping last week, and I cried in the fitting room because I couldn't find anything that looked nice. I don't really have anything in terms of a support system either, all of my close friends are away at college and my boyfriend isn't very supportive about me wanting to lose weight.
Later today I'm going to walmart to buy Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and some hand weights. I really hope that I am able to stick with it!
I'm looking forward to getting healthy again and having more energy!
