Hi everyone! I'm a college student trying to lose a few (ok, maybe more than a few) pounds before I graduate from college this spring, and just in time for summer! I was always very thin growing up, but when I got to college the "Freshman 15" turned into the "Sophomore 20," and here I am now. Food has been a way for me to manage stress and emotions, as well as a time filler when I'm bored. Well, no more! I am ready to shed those pounds!
