You CAN do it!! We are all here to help. Get your children involved on this journey. They can help motivate you and keep you accountable. I take my two young children on my walks with me and they try and do the videos with me( its hilarious watching them try.).

Hello everyone. I am very excited to have found this site and am looking forward to reaching my goals. I have struggled with my weight for what seems like forever. This site seems to have so much motivation and I am one that really needs it. I have a hard time trying to figure out what works best for me. I work the graveyard shift, go to school full time, and am a mother of six. I have a gym membership that I haven't been using but am still paying for. I am always tired and never have energy to do anything. I have tried in the past to lose weight but fell off. Lately I have been so emotional because of my struggles and my children are noticing my depression. I have a four year old daughter who is very energetic and wants me to play with her all of the time. But I physically have not been able to because I am too heavy. Yesterday she took a pic of me with my cellphone because she loves to play my games, and I was so upset by what I saw that I started crying. She felt bad and started saying Mom I told you that your stomach is too big because you have too much food in there but it's o.k. I love you and she started rubbing my back telling me to stop crying. This draws the line. I am tired of making excuses because I am fat because of the wrong choices that I have made ALL my life. However, I am asking for some advice. What type of fitness routine should I begin and what times should I schedule my meals and snacks? I have been taking a garlic pill supplement for about a week and it seems to have reduced the mucousy (I know that's not a word. lol) buildup that causes me to cough a lot. Please let me know any suggestions and if anyone is in my area: Warren MI 48089 and looking for a fitness buddy- please let me know. Thanks.
