It has been about 6 years since I logged into Spark. To be honest I thought I would fall back into all my life threatening habits.
I am happy to report that I have not. I gained 10 pounds over the last year due to lack of activity caused by a sports injury. I am on my way back, power walking, lifting weights and other cardio. I am putting my passion of running for a little while longer. Extra weight is not your friend when running.
I would seriously like to help anyone who thinks I might be able to assist them in reaching their goals.
