Hello everyone, My name is Von and I am trying to take a healthy approach on life. Don't know what it is but as I age I start to realize that my body is my temple and I need to be more careful about the way I treat it. I've made several changes to the way I eat, but I realized that I need motivation. I picked up the Sparkpeople cookbook at my library and liked what I was reading so here I am. I have a goal of losing 25-30 lbs. I know I can do it and I will. Looking forward to being a part of what appears to be a wonderful group of people.
