I know for me realizing that this is a lifestyle choice and not a diet made the biggest difference for me. Somehow a "diet" always seems to set me up for failure.

I have read so many diet books, lost and regained weight so many times...But this time I feel determined to not only lose weight, but to be healthy, and feel good, have more energy and enjoy my life more! I hope everyone out there on the same journey, not good luck, but the determination to keep going! I feel Spark People will be the tool I need to help me get there.
