The best thing I can tell you is to start small. I always try to run headlong into everything and then I slide back. When I can reign myself in and take smaller steps I do so much better. Try breaking down your goals into bite sized pieces. Instead of focusing on 50 pounds maybe choose a time frame when you want 10 gone so it doesn't seem like such a big goal.

Hello everyone, I love that there's a Michigan team! I need as much help as I can get. I'm a former aerobics instructor and fitness model and I have hit a wall after switching careers. My job is stressful and has taken over my life! I need to get back in control of everything, especially my weight. I'm a stress eater so in the last six years of working for this company, I have gained at least 40 lbs. My goal is to lose 50 so any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Here we go.
