I have been reading some of the threads and I realized I have been neglecting sparkpeople and all the support that can be found here. Still not having any luck. I mix up my workouts continually, I dont do the same thing 2 days in a row. I run, bike(spin) weights, body weight exercises, yoga etc etc ect. suffice to say i mix it up. I watch my diet carefully, count my calories, eat healthy and leave the junk alone. I keep it at around 1200 cals a day. what gives? I love reading all the success stories and all the supportive things everyone has for each other. That alone is reason enough to bring me back. So thank you all.
welcome back--I know I've seen articles about pushing through plateaus here. I would search those and see what you can come up with. Maybe change up your workout for a while? IDK just throwing ideas out there.

I have tried for years to lose this 15 lbs and it just does not come off. I was a member here before, and a friend of mine has had enormous success here, I'm so proud of her! So Im back and its gonna work this time. I am active and work out nearly every day. I count my calories, and eat produce, whole grain and lean protein. Its so frustrating. Im sure some of you can relate and maybe you have something that has worked for you that I havent encountered. So, happy to be here and thanks in advance.
