It is good to rethink your goals once in a while. I've changed mine to a more realistic 20lbs this year goal. Then I can tackle the next 20 and so on. It isn't that I want to not lose but I don't want to quit. And huge numbers seem daunting where I like you can look at 20 lbs and think yes I can do that. Welcome to the team!

Just wanted to pop in and say hello! I've been a member of the site since probably September, but have found it difficult to find time to get on here and really track anything or introduce myself. I've changed my start date on here several times, and I'm tired of doing it. So starting tomorrow (feb. 1st) with a clean slate. My only goal at this point is to lose 10 lbs. I feel as though setting smaller goals is better than saying that my goal is to lose 100 lbs. as they're easier to achieve. I signed up because I do know tracking and having others in the same position as myself really helps to get and keep the ball rolling.
