Hi Tammy and welcome to the site!!! I love this site, I've only been here almost 2 weeks and I love it! The people here are amazing and so helpful, and they get you motivated. When your tracking your nutrition , make sure your tracking you fitness to cause that changes everything. I've noticed alot of people on here count and weight there food, what I've been trying is just to cut my portion size in half and eat more veggies and fruit,It seems to be doing the job for me!
