Hi Tammy and welcome to the site!!! I love this site, I've only been here almost 2 weeks and I love it! The people here are amazing and so helpful, and they get you motivated. When your tracking your nutrition , make sure your tracking you fitness to cause that changes everything. I've noticed alot of people on here count and weight there food, what I've been trying is just to cut my portion size in half and eat more veggies and fruit,It seems to be doing the job for me!

Hi Tammy (wave) welcome to the site. I have been surprised some days at how low my calories can be and and I can feel full. I have been bad lately and over but when I really focus on it I can get by with way less than I thought possible.
I've been getting use to the site and I love it. I've recommended it to friends already. I really enjoy the nutrition tracker. My problem before wasn't overeating but eating two meals a day of the wrong stuff. Now I eat three small meals and three small snacks a day. My problem now again is eating enough, it seems hard to make calories eating healthy :P. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
