One of the hardest things for me to wrap my brain around and you might want to ponder this one too is that this is NOT a diet. A diet is something that ends. It has a definitive start and end. This is a journey. A new you. One that takes time to craft and hone to perfection. You might take a few steps back and have to trudge onward but you will succeed because this is all about YOU and YOU can do it. We are here to help!
Hi, my name is Linda and I am a grandmother of 3 and retired. This should be the best time of my life but I don't have the energy to do things and I need to find a purpose to my life now. Here I go again, I have tried (sometimes even succeeded) many times on this diet thing. I always go back to my old bad habits. I need some new good habits. My biggest problem is portion control and evening eating. I do well all day then blow it at dinner and in the evening. Maybe I need something to do to keep my mind off food?
