Hi everyone, I'm 41 and I'd like to lose 16 lbs. I'm currently 5'6" and weigh 146. More than losing a number I really want to get fit and in shape. My problem is can't seem to stick with it and stay motivated. Exercise is not my friend lol. Any tips for staying motivated would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
