Welcome Claire, I just joined last week and have been following the diet plan to a tee so far. I have found a few things I don't like, but there are alternatives so that isn't so bad. I really need to get more physical, school and work keeps me at the computer a lot so my hinny is well.....conforming to my chair. I to want to do more this summer. More riding at least, without the horse groaning as I get on. LOL

My name is Claire and I made the decision to lose the weight this year. I have spent the last couple of years working on inner changes in myself and now is the time to make the physical ones. Although, I just joined yesterday, I started with the diet and exercise changes on Jan 1st. I want to be healthier for my best friend and husband, Mike and my 4 wonderful girls. I can't wait for vacation this year, I plan to hike, swim and whatever the rest of the family does instead of watching from the sidelines.
