I've finally decided that it is time for me to take care of me. I'm a wife and mom. I am also a teacher. I am a good 100 pounds over weight, maybe even more. My goal is to change my food intake and add exercise to my daily life. I don't have time for hours of workouts but doing nothing is not good either. I am looking to find a balance to fit it all in. I am excited to start with SparkPeople!
