This is my second day on SparkPeople.com. I've had a weight issue for a while and I usually find myself losing motivation halfway through a workout program (for the full story, check out my blog).
I'm hoping this site will somehow find ways to keep me motivated- I think a huge part of my lack of motivation is not having someone/a group of people to support me.
So far things are looking bright- I've been working out for a week now, trying out different exercises to keep me interested, as well as trying to make smarter food decisions.
