HI my name is Bonnie, I have been over weight for well over 15 yrs. I keep getting bigger and bigger. I have tried different diets but for some reason I don't follow thru. I need help giving me ideas to keep me motivated.
Here is what happened to push me. I had visited a friend I had not seen in over a month, yes a month, he called me and said "I am very upset with you" hmmm I could not for the life of me figure out what I had done. Well he went on to say that I have such a beautiful face, but I had let myself go and I needed to do something about it. I was shocked at first, he asked me if I was mad at him, I said no because it takes one heck of a friend to have the courage to tell someone that, not knowing their reaction. I am now past the shock, and hurt, and now I am mad that I have let myself get this fat... So next time I see him, he is going to see LESS of me...... Starting today, I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT AND WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
