I recently moved to Kalamazoo and would love to hear what other people in the area do to get out and get some exercise. Over the past decade I have lost nearly 60 lbs, but have gained about 30 of it back again. My goal is to get down to 170 lbs, which would put my BMI as non-overweight, and would be an all-time adult low weight-wise.
I just joined the Y, so any gym motivation tips most appreciated.
